Jacquelyn is a full-time attorney with Laird Law Firm. Jacquelyn began her career with Heiny Law Firm in 1995 after graduating from law school.
Jacquelyn’s practice includes real estate development, transactions, corporate/business and probate/estate planning. Jacquelyn has experience with residential, commercial and rural subdivisions along with the development of condominium complexes. She is knowledgeable with Iowa real estate tax sales. Jacquelyn assists a number of business and corporate clients with employment matters.
Jacquelyn is a member of the Iowa Supreme Court Grievance Commission, a past member of the District 2A Judicial Nominating Commission, and a past member of the Cerro Gordo Magistrate Nominating Commission. Jacquelyn is a member of the Cerro Gordo County Conservation Board, the Cerro Gordo County Housing Trust Fund and the North Iowa Corridor Economic Development Corporation Board. Jacquelyn also serves on the Enhance Iowa Board.
