An Iowa native, Gerald “Jerry” Stambaugh grew up in Springville, IA and has served the north Iowa community for years practicing primarily in business law, real estate transactions, and estate planning.

Jerry has made presentations to various civic groups, service organizations, and professional advisors on a variety of topics, including auctions, wills, trusts, estates, estate planning, powers of attorney, guardianships, conservatorships, custodianships, taxes, business entities, abstracting, and real estate.

Jerry is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the American Agricultural Law Association. He is also a member of the Cerro Gordo County, Iowa State, and American Bar Associations, and has served on a variety of nonprofit and community boards.
